I mean live for today but plan for the future. The past is good for reference purposes but it is over now.

It's a  dull rainy day in Ohio today but I'm hoping to get myself back on schedule with my writing and other endeavors. I have to prepare for a trip to Indiana on Friday going to a book fair in Clarksville, Indiana. It's called the Almost Famous Book Faire and it's the second one. I guess they had a successful one last year in another location.

I'm trying to plan an Easter dinner for my large family and just figuring out when to do it is a problem as there are two firemen who work on holidays. That will be a part of todays plans, as well as a return to my manuscript, Shattered Hart and perhaps I'll write something for my next writing group assignment.

For Memoirs Writers: Write about something that came up blocking your efforts to move forward with your plans or dreams at some point in your life. How did you over come it or did you?

▣ Do you dream what you write?

The leader of one of the writing groups I go to says that he dreams allmost all of the things that he writes. I've been thinking about that and about the dreams that I have. I could use the dreams as a writing prompt, I think and go on from there but in practice I never do. I'm wondering how many other writers dream the content of their short stories or novels.

 

Memoirs writers: Think about a memorable dream that you have had and write something using that dream.
