Events in February include a reading at the Thompson library at OSU on the 18th from 3:00 to 4:00. This will be the first time I've done this.
I'm also planning a trip to Morgantown, West Va to do research for Shattered Hart my latest book and a marketing tour in southern Ohio.
I'll be looking to buy a laptop this coming month as well. I've never used one and that will involve a new learning cycle.
Memoirs writers: What event have you given or participated in that proved memorable?
It's not February yet and my family is celebrating the end of January with a white elephant gift exchange at my house tonight. Any excuse to get to together is good!. I think it's good to make family memories together. Life ends too soon.
I think that January is a boring time of year when the weather is bad and you can't get out as much, That makes it a good time to have family events and get togethers. In twenty years most of the things we spend our time and money on today will be dust and forgotten but memories we make will last for our lifetime and longer if someone writes them down.
